Founder & Managing Director
I founded The Finishing Line after coming up with the name at 17 and launching the business seven years later. Since then, we’ve grown through several moves and countless innovations. As Managing Director, I focus on setting our vision, shaping strategy with my team, and making sure we remain a values-driven, safe, and great place to work. I oversee operations and ensure we have the right people and resources to deliver for our customers. I’m a perfectionist and a workaholic by nature, but I believe in building a team with diverse strengths. Every day still feels like day one thanks to the people around me. I’m proud of how far we’ve come and excited about what’s ahead. My focus now is on developing the next generation of leaders to take the business even further.
Commercial Director
I joined The Finishing Line in 2020 as a KTP Associate, focusing on delivering growth through diversifying into new market sectors. I now hold the position of Commercial Director, leading our commercial strategy across sales, marketing, and product development. My focus is on driving growth, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring our commercial ambitions are tightly aligned with operational delivery. With a background in full product ownership, I’m passionate about building scalable solutions that deliver real impact. I’ve held director-level roles across fast-moving sectors and bring experience in go-to-market strategy, customer insight, and cross-functional leadership. At The Finishing Line, I’m particularly focused on innovation and helping position us as a leader in eCommerce fulfilment, contract packing, and 3PL services. I thrive on shaping strategy through data, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and I’m excited to help take the business into its next stage of growth.
Financial Director
I officially joined Finishing Line in 2024, but the business has always been a big part of my life as my Father (Andy) started the business, and I therefore know Finishing Line inside out, helping the team out a lot in my school holidays when I was younger! After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and working with businesses of all sizes at a Top 10 accountancy firm, I came in to modernise our finance function, introduce tighter controls, and improve efficiencies, all whilst supporting faster reporting. My role is now to lead our financial strategy and ensure the business is in good financial health, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and risk management. I also help oversee Tenevo development, and love getting to know our clients to understand how we can support their growth. My aim is to ensure finance becomes a true business partner both internally and externally, and to help scale the company into a global brand that empowers others to grow too.
Non-Executive Director
I’ve known Finishing Line for over a decade and joined as a Non-Executive Director to help steer its strategic direction. With 40 years in global logistics and supply chain management, I bring experience from senior roles at some of the world’s leading providers. I’ve seen the company evolve through major milestones, consolidating premises, growing its team, and expanding rapidly in target markets. My role is to support the leadership team with a fresh perspective, helping them think long-term and beyond daily operations. I enjoy representing the business, spotting new opportunities, and using my network to drive growth. With the pace of change in logistics, my goal is to keep us agile, future-ready, and ahead of the curve.
Non-Executive Director / Fractional CTO
I joined The Finishing Line in October 2024 after being recruited into a non-executive role and quickly took on Fractional CTO responsibilities as well. It’s a genuinely rewarding place to work. I’ve spent over 35 years in technology, holding various leadership and software development roles, and I’m passionate about using that experience to help businesses grow through smart, scalable solutions. At The Finishing Line, my focus is on delivering a cutting-edge warehouse platform that supports ambitious growth, doubling revenues, improving profitability, and offering a smooth, reliable service experience for customers. Working across teams, I aim to ensure our technology is not only powerful but also easy to use and built for the future.
Finance Manager
I recently joined The Finishing Line as Finance Manager and have really enjoyed getting to know the business and the team. Before this, I spent over a decade as Group Finance Manager at my previous employment, where I was responsible for managing group-wide financial operations and reporting. Prior to that, I worked for three years as an Assistant Accountant, which gave me a solid foundation early in my career. With over 15 years of experience in finance, I bring a hands-on approach and a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. I’m looking forward to contributing to the company’s ongoing growth by supporting the development of the finance function and ensuring strong financial processes are in place as the business continues to scale.
People & Culture Manager
I joined in March 2025 and felt at home right away. My role is to create and drive our people plan, making sure our team feels valued, supported, and aligned with the company’s growth. I began my HR career in 2004 at Robert Dyas, earned a master’s in HR Management, and went on to become a HR Business Partner and later an HR Manager in the charity sector. I’ve also spent 10 years as a consultant, supporting businesses of all sizes. That variety has made me adaptable and strategic in my approach. I believe people are a company’s greatest asset. If I can build processes that develop our team, reduce admin strain, and create shared purpose, then I’ll know I’ve made a real impact.
Head of Development
I started at Finishing Line by designing a better way to store outbound pallet labels and haven’t stopped improving things since. From automated billing to internal messaging and HR systems, I’ve helped evolve how the business operates. As lead developer for Tenevo, I ensure the platform continues to support our shift to eCommerce and scalable automation. With over 25 years of web development experience, I bring a mindset of “automate where possible” but always leave room for flexibility. One standout moment was onboarding a new customer with complex needs in just a week. I want to make Tenevo indispensable giving our clients control, enhancing warehousing efficiency, and setting us apart in the industry.
Head of Operations
I’ve been with The Finishing Line since its very early days which is over 30 years now and it’s been incredible to see how the company has grown from a small startup to a leader in the industry. As Head of Operations, I oversee the daily running of our fulfilment and logistics processes, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Having been part of the journey from the beginning, I understand the importance of adapting to change while keeping quality and customer service at the core. My experience has taught me how to balance long-term strategy with the practical demands of day-to-day operations. I’m proud to be part of a team that continually innovates and evolves, and I’m focused on ensuring our operations support sustainable growth and maintain the high standards our clients expect.
Head of eCommerce Fulfilment and Medical Kitting
I joined Finishing Line in January 2025, I was drawn by the opportunity to contribute to a growing, innovative business. I lead our eCommerce fulfilment and healthcare kitting operations, focusing on delivering high-quality, efficient services and exploring ways to scale and automate. My background includes handling secure exam paper fulfilment and running both automated and manual healthcare kit production lines. That experience has given me a strong foundation in process optimisation and quality assurance. I’m passionate about building systems that support our team and deliver excellent results for our clients. There’s real potential here to streamline our services even further, and I’m excited to help drive that next stage of growth.
