Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with an interest in IT and web development? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT & Web Development Apprentice at Level 4to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves learning and wants to develop a diverse skill set in a supportive, real-world environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Write and troubleshoot basic PHP and MySQL code.
Help maintain, update, and improve internal and external websites.
Provide day-to-day IT support (e.g. hardware/software/printer issues).
Triage and document customer-reported issues.
Support the team with ongoing digital and technical projects.
Keep internal documentation and systems up to date.
What We're Looking For
Interest – A genuine enthusiasm for IT and web development.
Willingness to learn – Some familiarity with PHP, MySQL, and Git is great, but not essential.
Problem-solving mindset – You enjoy figuring things out and aren’t afraid to ask questions.
Attention to detail – You care about getting things right and take pride in your work.
Communication – Able to work independently but comfortable collaborating with a team.
