Following his early recognition, Andy Mead went on to achieve further acclaim, receiving the Live Wire award for Significant Progress in 1997, highlighting his dedication, leadership, and impact in the industry.
In 2016, The Finishing Line was recognised at the UKWA Awards for Excellence, receiving the Environment Award for its commitment to sustainable business practices and environmental responsibility.
In 2019, Andy Mead won the Innovation Director of the Year award at the IoD East of England Director of the Year Awards, in recognition of his forward-thinking strategies to driving innovation within logistics.
In September 2022, Josh Arrowsmith was honoured with Best Management KTP Associate of the Year for his amazing work on a two-year innovation project with the University of Essex.
