The Challenge

With rapid growth across the UK, Evo needed a third‑party logistics provider capable of supporting increasing order volumes across both B2B and B2C channels.

Location: With a large customer base in Central London, proximity to customers and end delivery routes played a major role in Evo’s decision. Efficient UK-wide coverage and London access were essential.
Technology: Evo receives orders from multiple systems and ships both B2B and B2C. A strong warehouse management system was crucial to ensure accuracy, visibility, and seamless integration.

Additional Support: Local Sourcing & Cost Efficiency

During onboarding, Evo also needed locally sourced packaging to avoid long lead times and high import costs from the Netherlands and Australia. Our procurement team sourced eCommerce packaging within a week, enabling them to ship orders quickly and sustainably.
